Hello, my name is Mathew Seifried and I'm a Web Developer
A bit about myself.
I'm a full-stack web developer from the small town of Erin, Ontario, Canada. I look after all aspects of the website engineering process, design, coding, testing, performance, SEO and databases are just some of the main things I specialize in. Web development consists of many different code languages, I use, HTML, CSS/SCSS, JS, PHP, MySQL, Node.js and MongoDB for building websites and web applications. There are also many helpful tools and systems that I use such as, Git with GitHub, VS Code, MAMP, Prepros, Craft CMS to name a few.
I also work part-time as a heavy equipment operator at Toronto Pearson International Airport, something I started before professionally pursuing web development. When I'm not working I study the ever-changing aspects of web development, doing my best to keep up to date with new technologies and methods. I also enjoy photography, going to the gym, the occasional day on the ski slopes and listening to my favourite web development podcasts, Syntax and Front End Happy Hour.
